|Recommended: YesMoved from Fairfax for lower cost of living - this place met my needs — I've been here now for 8 years and plan to continue here at Shawnee Terrace. When I've had maintenance issues, they have been taken care of. Quarterly pest control which is a preventative service and has worked. Although it's loud being right next to I-81, residents are considerate about noise near me. You can hear some through the walls but depends on your neighbors on whether that is bothersome. So far, the cost is worth staying here. I have 2 bedrooms and reasonable rent.

|Recommended: YesGood — Been here over 2 years it’s decent and well priced. Parking and lot access leaves a bit to be desired, and it has some clear signs of aging, but that should be expected with 30 year old apartments. Overall I’d recommend it and have to friends that were looking.
